This is a test of the Announcements Area of the Forum boards. Skype to Skype users do not pay for the service, it is free. It works very well and is as clear if not better than a land-based phone. There longdistance or packages that you can buy to phone land-lines and cell phones is much cheaper than any local phone rates I have ever seen!
